    Service Terms

    By using fStable, you agree to comply with these terms and our community guidelines.

    Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to use fStable
    • You must have legal capacity to enter into agreements
    • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

    Account Requirements

    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • You are responsible for all activities under your account

    Platform Usage

    • Use the platform only for its intended purpose
    • Treat all community members with respect
    • Follow all community guidelines and policies

    User Responsibilities

    All users must maintain respectful behavior and follow platform guidelines.

    Creator Responsibilities
    • Create original, appropriate content that follows guidelines

    • Handle tax obligations for earnings appropriately
    Supporter Responsibilities
    • Treat creators with respect and appreciation
    • Make payments responsibly and within your means
    • Maintain appropriate conduct in all interactions
    Content sharing
    • Share posts, photos, videos, and text content
    • Upload and monetize locked media content
    • Comment on posts and engage with the community
    • Tip and react to creators and their content

    Prohibited Content & Behavior

    The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on fStable.

    Prohibited Content

    • Sexually explicit or adult content
    • Harassment, bullying, or threatening content
    • Illegal activities or content
    • Content that promotes harm or violence
    • Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
    • Copyright infringement or unauthorized content

    Prohibited Behavior

    • Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward other users
    • Manipulation or coercion of other users
    • Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
    • Attempting to circumvent platform rules or security
    • Impersonating other users or entities

    Consequences

    • First violations may result in warnings
    • Repeated violations may result in account suspension
    • Serious violations may result in permanent account termination
    • Illegal activities may be reported to authorities

    Limitation of Liability

    fStable provides the platform 'as is' and limits liability as permitted by law.

    Service Disclaimer

    • Services provided 'as is' without warranties
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
    • We are not responsible for user-generated content
    • We are not liable for user interactions or disputes

    Liability Limits

    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
    • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
    • Liability limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

    Platform Rights

    • fStable owns the platform, software, and related intellectual property
    • Users receive limited license to use the platform
    • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform code

    Copyright Infringement

    • Report copyright infringement through our DMCA process
    • We respond promptly to valid infringement claims
    • Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated

    Account Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions.

    User Termination

    • Users can delete their accounts through account settings
    • Account data will be handled according to our privacy policy
    • Outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before termination

    Platform Termination

    • We may terminate accounts for terms violations
    • Notice will be provided when possible
    • Users may appeal termination decisions

    Effects of Termination

    • Access to the platform will be revoked
    • Content may be removed from the platform
    • Certain terms survive termination

    18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

    fStable (operated by fStable (operating entity — registration pending), a company duly organised and existing under applicable law) requires that all performers depicted in sexually explicit content uploaded to this platform be 18 years of age or older. All user-generated content producers who upload explicit visual depictions are required to maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. A copy of such records shall be provided to fStable upon request.

    fStable operates as a secondary producer as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the primary producer of the content.

    DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

    fStable complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to fStable without authorisation, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

    Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; (6) your signature. Counter-notices may be submitted by the uploader within 14 business days.

    Repeat infringers are banned from the platform per our repeat-infringer policy.

    Child Safety (CSAM) Policy

    fStable has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).Any content depicting minors in a sexual manner is illegal and will be immediately removed. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement, including reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline (1-800-843-5678), and preserving evidence for prosecution.

    All accounts are required to be 18+ and we conduct age attestation at signup. Any content reported as, or found to be, CSAM is removed immediately and the account is suspended pending review. We preserve the relevant material and account data and report to the competent authorities — in the EU via the national reporting channels and, where applicable, the NCMEC CyberTipline. Users who upload or distribute CSAM are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.

    Content Moderation, Reporting & Your Rights

    fStable removes content that is illegal or breaches these Terms — including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, content depicting or involving minors, incitement to violence, and other unlawful material. We may remove or hide such content, suspend or ban accounts, and preserve and report illegal material to the competent authorities.

    Reporting (notice & action). Anyone can flag content using the in-app “Report” action on any post, profile, comment or message; urgent child-safety reports may also be sent to [email protected]. We confirm receipt of your report and review it. A sufficiently precise notice gives us actual knowledge of the content concerned.

    Statement of reasons. If we remove or restrict your content or account, we notify you of the decision and the reason for it.

    Your right to appeal. You can contest a moderation decision, free of charge, for at least six months, via our Support — appeal a moderation decision channel; complaints are reviewed by our staff, not by automated means alone. This does not affect your right to seek an out-of-court dispute settlement or to bring the matter before a court or competent authority.

    Transparency Reporting

    We are committed to publishing information about our content-moderation activity (numbers of notices and orders received, actions taken, complaints and their outcomes) in line with the Digital Services Act. Our first transparency report will be published as our obligations under the Act take effect.
